Hi, I’m Nate, a fitness coach and health enthusiast that loves all things health and fitness.
As a coach I’ve spent years in the gym, helping others to reach their goals and achieve their potential and as a regular gym-goer, I’ve also seen my fair share of good things, bad things, and downright crazy things.
In my own training, I’m a big fan of working hard and I try to do some form of exercise every single day to take care of my body and look the best I can. I enjoy doing everything in the gym, including lifting weights and working on my cardio and I like to use different methods to make the most progress I can in the gym.
If I had to pick, lifting weights would be my main love as I have seen firsthand just how powerful lifting weights can be for your body as you burn fat, build muscle and increase confidence but I also understand just how important cardio and stretching can be for you too.
When it comes to nutrition, my approach is pretty similar and if I had to pick one method, it would be a calorie-controlled diet where I track my macros, but I’ve tried almost everything.
Keto, Paleo, IIFYM, High fat, Low fat, I’ve given most diets out there a go and have heard of all types of things that are supposed to help you lose weight but in this blog, I’ll only give you correct and relevant information.
That’s the whole point of this blog, I want to talk to you about all things health and fitness and answer any questions you may have about how to reach your goals.
Whether its losing weight, building muscle, what equipment to use or simply just how to get started, I’ve got you covered.
There’s so much misinformation out there today that I want to make sure what you read here is accurate, useful and valuable.
Sometimes I’ll talk about nutrition, sometimes I’ll talk about exercise and sometimes I’ll review products that I believe in and that I think you’ll find useful.
One thing that is for certain, this blog is for everyone.
I don’t want you to think that because I do something, you have to do the same, my goal is to try and present both sides of an argument so you understand the best option for you so that you can reach your goals and go back into the world of fitness better informed than before.
