You can easily complete most exercises on the Weider, including big movements such as the Chest Press, Cable Row, Squat, Shoulder Raise, Lat Pulldown, and more, giving you the perfect piece of equipment to help you boost your strength, improve your fitness and change your body, all from the comfort of your own home.
What we liked about Weider Ultimate Body Works
Our favorite feature on the Weider Ultimate Body Works Incline Bench was the Lat Pulldown attachment. By being able to adjust the bench and complete one of the best back exercises out there we were very impressed. Most home exercise machines forget about training the back, so it was great to see that the Weider has not. We also loved how you could use the resistance bands to add up to 50lbs of extra resistance into your workouts. This gives you a great opportunity to improve your fitness and build your muscles without ever needing a gym and 50lbs is a comfortable weight for most beginners.
What we didn’t like about Weider Ultimate Body Works
We would love to see a higher user weight limit because at only 250bs it doesn’t give you much room to play with if you weigh more than the limit or if you want to use the bench with dumbbells. It could be a great platform to set yourself when trying certain exercises and if you did get strong enough to surpass the 50lbs limit, it would be nice to have an option of bringing more weight into your workout.
Weider Ultimate Body Works Features
Let’s take a look at some of the features of the Weider Incline Bench
The Weider Ultimate Body Works Exercise Bench is a great option for your home gym and especially convenient If you don’t have a lot of space.
The multi-use features allow you to train your entire body without having to leave the machine and the innovative design makes sure you get an enjoyable and comfortable exercise experience whenever you use the bench.
It could be a great option for users who are new to exercise and it allows you to complete a huge range of movements, which is a huge plus.
However, if there was one thing we would love to see improved it would be the weight limit. 250lbs isn’t huge and while it may cover most people it’s worth noting if you do weigh more than 250lbs, this may not be the bench for you.
With all that being said, if you want a way to add 50lbs of extra resistance training into your weekly routine, and you don’t want to have to buy lots of pieces of equipment or leave the house to exercise, then this could be the machine for you.
